About Me
Hi, I’m Nia Saint-Levon, the founder and CEO of RedevelopHER. As a serial entrepreneur for the past five years, I’ve experienced the highs and lows of starting and running a business—each of which taught me invaluable lessons. When I first began, there was a lack of mentorship that emphasized the importance of establishing a solid foundation—both in business and mental well-being. I quickly realized that if I wasn’t well, neither my business nor the people I cared about could thrive. Without proper guidance, I faced challenges such as financial mismanagement, burnout, and the struggle to balance my work and personal life.
Through these trials, I discovered that a strong foundation in both business strategy and personal well-being is essential. I learned the importance of setting clear goals, creating a solid business structure, and prioritizing self-care to maintain resilience and focus. I also realized that without a strong business plan, legal agreements, and well-defined processes, growth would always be hindered by confusion and stress.
My journey led me to where I am today: passionate about helping women build strong foundations for their lives, homes, and businesses.
